How do I place an order?
Browse our store, choose your favorite item, select any available
size or color options, and add it to your cart. When you are ready,
proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information,
review your order, and select “Place Order.”
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly. Contact us at

as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes or
cancellations may not be possible after an order enters production.
What payment methods do you accept?
The available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Payment information is processed securely through our payment provider.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address entered
during checkout. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Each item is made especially for you after your order is placed.
Production and delivery times may vary by product and destination.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is always FREE at KeenoMe Designs!
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your
tracking information. Use the tracking link in that email to follow
your package.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or
provide refunds for ordering the wrong size or color, or for changing
your mind. Please carefully review the product information and size
guide before ordering.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

How do I choose the correct size?
Review the size guide on the product page before ordering. Compare
the listed measurements with a similar item you already own for the
most accurate fit.
How should I care for my apparel?
Follow the care instructions shown on the product page and garment
label. For many printed apparel items, washing inside out in cold
water and avoiding high heat can help preserve the design.
Why might product colors look slightly different in person?
Computer and mobile screens display colors differently. Small
differences may also occur because of the fabric, printing process,
lighting, and individual screen settings.
Are your products made after I order?
Yes. Most KeenoMe Designs products are made especially for you after
your order is placed. Making products on demand helps avoid unnecessary
overproduction.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You may be able to complete checkout as a guest. Creating an account
can make it easier to view order information and manage your details.
How do I manage my account?
Visit the account section of the website to sign in. From there, you
can review available order information and update your account details.
